During25 – 27 November 2024, our Faculty staff attended and presented their research at the 35th Scientific Conference of the Southeast Asia Association for Dental Education (SEAADE 2024) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. At the conference, Dr. Pimlada Sakphisutthikul from Department of Preventive Dentistry, Division of Orthodontics, won the Third Prize in the “SEAADE – AIDITE Presentation” Undergraduate Category for presenting their research on “Revolutionizing Oral Melanoma Diagnosis with FTIR in Dentistry”. This research is conducted by co-researchers, Dr. Phuwadon Makram, and Dr. Thanawat Kongwichian, with advisors, Asst. Prof. Dr. Poramaporn Klanrit, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ajiravudh Subarnbhesaj, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rajda Chaichit, Asst. Prof. Dr. Patcharaporn Tippayawat, Dr. Molin Wongwattanakul, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Supawich Morkmued
Moreover, Dr. Preeyarat Plongniras from the Department of Prosthodontics, won the Best Poster Presentation award in the category of Teaching and Learning Pedagogy and Methods Supported by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh for presenting the research on “Evaluating Stress in 4th Year Dental Students’ First Impression Experience” at the 35th Scientific Conference of the Southeast Asia Association for Dental Education (SEAADE 2024) on 25 – 27 November 2024 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
