The Dental Hospital

The Dental Hospital of the Faculty of Dentistry at Khon Kaen University is primarily responsible for providing dental medical services to inpatients and outpatients within Khon Kaen province as well as patient referrals from nearby provinces in accordance to the National Health Security Program. Additionally, we also serve dental patients with complex systemic diseases such as heart diseases and diabetes. In remote areas, the team has issued a Royal Dental Unit in order to consistently provide the dental treatment services without any costs to people living in poverty area within the northeastern region. We also focus on promoting oral health and dental treatment to students in responsible areas such as Samliam Municipal School, and Ban Non Muang School in collaboration with community dentistry.

Furthermore, we support teaching and learning which provide clinical practices for undergraduates and postgraduates ranging from clinical diagnosis, planning, and comprehensive treatment. These cover all services; namely, Restorative, Prosthodontics, Periodontics, and Occlusion Dentistry with multidisciplinary approach for an individual patient.
