On February 21, 2024, there was the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University, Thailand and the School of Dentistry, University of Baguio, Philippines at the Khon Kaen University Science Park.
During the event, Asst.Prof.Dr.Ajiravudh Subarnbhesaj, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University and Dr. Ian Steve C. Bandaay, Dean of the School of Dentistry, University of Baguio, both signed the MOU on the academic and research collaborations. Discussions were also held regarding future collaborative activities, with a focus on educational and research initiatives aimed at further enhancing the dental education landscape.
The MOU underscores the shared goal of both schools – the internationalization of dental education. Through this agreement, Khon Kaen University and the University of Baguio pledge to work closely together in various domains, including the promotion of academic staff and student exchange programs, facilitating study and research opportunities, and undertaking collaborative projects for the mutual benefit of both institutions.
