On November 8, 2023, the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University led by Asst.Prof.Ajiravudh Subarnbhesaj, Dean, together with Dr.Pitiwat Uasuwan, Assistant Dean for Strategy and Dr.Penarsan Soontharotoke, lecturer of Department of Pediatric Dentistry, extended a warm welcome to a group of undergraduate dental students from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Puthisastra, Cambodia, for attending the student exchange program in terms of academic, research and culture at the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University, Thailand during November 8 – 15, 2023.
During this exchange program, the students had the valuable opportunity to observe clinical work in various dental clinics within the Dental Hospital, including the OPD, Geriatric Dentistry and Special Needs clinic, Comprehensive clinics, Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine clinic, Orthodontics clinic, Oral Surgery clinic, Periodontology clinic, X-Ray, as well as laboratories. Furthermore, they have opportunity to observe and discuss in difference and interesting patient’s cases with expert instructors, residents, and dental students in the clinic. This student exchange program is under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Khon Kaen University and University of Puthisastra.
